| Installation instructions |
1 Remove sash from opening.
2 Remove parting strip,pulley's, weights.
3 Insulated the weight pockets.
4 Sand and remove any "paint crumbs" from edge of sash.
5 Make a 5/8 x 5/8 groove down the center of the sash with either a table saw or router.
6 Place jambliners on a flat work surface.
7 Place sash in track on top of metal guides bottom sash is beveled and should match the bevel on
the bottom of the track.
8 Place the other track on top of the sash making a "sash sandwich".
9 Set the track and sash into opening. Note do not put tension on spring until sash and track are
partially into opening.
10 Fasten track to side jamb by either using a small (3/4 brad) or a staple gun.
11 Reinstall top parting strip.
Note: track might need to be lubricates with silicone spray to operate smoothly.
12 Sit back,have a cold drink and admire your work..
